I copied the IronSummitMedia/startbootstrap-grayscale/blob/gh-pages/less/grayscale.less file and I applied the changes for { Personal } style.
I remove unused CSS Grayscale definitions:

ul.banner-social-buttons
Fixed bugs of the original Grayscale style
